Looking for a Primary Care Provider?
If you’re looking for a new Primary Care Physician, please search through their profiles by clicking on this Find A Doctor link. In addition, at the bottom of each page, there is a button called “Primary Care Physicians” under the Network column that will take you to the same “Find A Doctor” link above. Each of the physician profiles contains their locations, hours, and contact information should you wish to contact their office.
Need to find information about Clinical Criteria?
Greater Tri Cities IPA provides access to clinical criteria guidelines to help members and prospective members understand the care guidelines used in medical decision-making. These guidelines assist in determining medical necessity for managed care plans while ensuring compliance with established healthcare standards. Please follow the instructions here to access the guidelines.
Need to find a lab?
If you were given an order for lab work, you can find available lab locations by clicking on this Find A Lab link. In addition, at the bottom of each page, there is a button called “Laboratories” under the Network column that will take you to the same “Find A Lab” link above. This will take you to a page that lists some of the Lab Corp local draw stations with their address and phone number.
Need radiology services?
If your physician gave you an order for Radiology Services (X-rays, CT Scans, MRI, etc.), you can find available service locations by clicking on this Find Radiology Services link. In addition, at the bottom of each page, there is a button called “Laboratories” under the Network column that will take you to the same “Radiology ” link above.
