Dr. Carlos Oliva is a General Practice Physicians and founder of Vista Family Health Center in Vista California. Dr. Oliva received his Doctorate in Medicine from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid Spain in 1978. He completed his internship locally at the University of California San Diego in 1982. He is an active member of the San Diego Medical Society. Dr. Oliva sees patients from infant to geriatrics and speaks English Spanish and Italian.
